Paneer Butter Masala is a luxurious North Indian curry made with soft paneer cubes cooked in a smooth, spiced tomato-butter sauce. It’s mildly sweet, aromatic, and perfect with naan, paratha, or rice. This is one of the most popular vegetarian dishes in Indian restaurants — now made easily at home!
Heat butter and oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
Stir in tomato puree, chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
Add paneer cubes, water if needed, and simmer for 5–6 minutes.
Add cream, garam masala, and kasuri methi. Stir gently.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
